I’m afraid I hardly do. I can’t remember the last time that I ran.This is mainly because of time constraints since I study everyday and even weekends. So, as you can see, there is no time for me to go out and do some running.
2. Do you think running is a good way to stay healthy?
Absolutely. I believe running is one way to keep fit and people should be encouraged to run often. As you know, health is wealth and running or jogging on a regular basis is recommendable.
