1. Do you often stay up late?

Yes I do. I'm still a student and I spend most of my time studying .Sometimes I study deep into the night and I sleep in most of the time.

 

2. What do you do when you stay up late?

Well, sometimes, it's really difficult to fight off sleep especially when I'm reading late . So what I usually do is to drink some coffee to stay awake.

 

3. What are the bad effects of staying up late?

 

The obvious effects of sleeping in is tiredness. When you stay up too late, you might be tired the following day and not have the necessary energy to power through the day’s activities. As you know, we can't cheat nature.
